·       Designed, configured, and maintained enterprise network infrastructure including routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs.

·      Managed LAN, WAN, MPLS, and site-to-site IPsec tunnels ensuring high availability and redundancy.

·       Analyzed logs and alerts from SIEM platforms (Wazuh, Splunk/JSA) to detect threats and anomalies.

·       Investigated and responded to security incidents, including malware, phishing, and unauthorized access.

·       Conducted vulnerability assessments and penetration testing, and tracked remediation activities.

·       Implemented security hardening and baseline configurations for network and server devices.

·      Performed risk assessments and audits as a CQI IRCA Lead Auditor.

·       Reviewed firewall and security rules to ensure least-privilege access.
